Our Doctor is able to assess your prakruthi (body –type) and your overall health status and give advice on the optimal diet, daily routine, herbal and Ayurvedic treatments to help restore health and bring you back to a healthy harmonious life.
This treatment is similar to therapeutic sweating. The professionals put linen bundles of herbs in semi powder form such as cereals, black gram, horse gram, etc to foment the body.
A specific type of rice is used in Njavara Kizhi treatment which is also known as Shashtika Pinda Swedam. The rice used in this treatment consists of high medicinal and nourishment value.
Medicated oil is used in Shirodhara treatment. This oil is continuously streamed between the temples of the forehead with doctors consultations and many more.
